Extra Task Assignments:
The following services may be available with prior advance notice and at additional charge. These items are not considered every-time cleaning tasks.

- Removes shoes, etc. from closets, vacuum and replace
- Vacuum drapes
- Clean ornate chandeliers

House Watching Services
Whether you are locking your property up for a month or several months, it is never a good idea to just assume that all will be fine until you return.
Not having someone qualified looking in on your property on a regularly scheduled basis is an invitation to all kinds of potential problems such as;
- Insect infestation
- unauthorized pool or house use
- theft or vandalism
- mold/mildew damage and odors
- water damage from leaks, etc., etc…….

- Unsolicited newspapers in driveway and mailbox
Inspect interior of property for;

- Flush toilets and add deodorizer
- Run water in all taps for several minutes
- Verify thermostat settings are operating correctly
- Verify electronic timers are set and operational (if applicable)
- General cleaning at least once per month

In instances where we find visible evidence of storm damage, whether it be from wind, fallen trees, water, etc., you will be contacted for instructions on remedy. We can contact, with your approval, local contractors for repairs.
In instances where we find visible evidence of illegal entry or vandalism, the appropriate authorities will be contacted and they will in turn contact you. We would take remedial actions based on their instructions.
Should minor repairs to any part of your property be required, we can arrange to have the work done by a local contractor, with your written permission.

* Ultra Clean normally orders and purchases the supplies and submits the receipt to the customer. This allows customer to receive wholesale rates on supplies, also ensures that ultra clean will have proper products needed to perform proper cleaning for the customer.
